Conceptually, the site revolves around the notion that diamonds, unlike roses, are representative of an enduring quality. We created a complete experience by using a blend of 3D effects in Away 3D, and special effects in After Effects. As if all the eye-candy wasn’t enough, we added a few bonus features: time-lapse footage of the rose installation at Grand Central Station, behind-the-scenes interviews, and the option of sending a personalized Forever Letter. Special effects and smooth transitions (set to romantic background music, of course) merge to create an experience that is both rich in sophistication and design.
